From December 29, 2023 to February 25, 2024, the Jardins de l’Hospice open their doors to you for a unique experience.
Imagine yourself inside a comfortable, transparent dome, surrounded by the comforting warmth and mouth-watering aroma of melting raclette cheese. This unique experience was a real treat for lovers of cheese and pierrade, as well as for anyone looking for a memorable culinary adventure.


To give its guests an unforgettable experience, Lanterna Magica decided to join forces with the Hémisphère concept for one edition.

Set up along the Château de la Hulpe, the Hémisphère domes offer a culinary experience for young and old alike.
On the program: menus with delicious autumnal notes and woody touches. An explosion of flavors in shades of orange, chestnut and green, with the promise of a journey to the heart of nature.
The transparent domes immersed their guests in the magic and enchantment of the show and the play of light, letting autumn invade them with its delicious nuances.


For its first edition of the “Bubble sharing experience”, Hémisphère has returned to the Château de Rixensart from August 26 to October 10, 2023. To honor this exceptional location, we wanted to offer a brand new concept immersing our guests in the world of Italian gastronomy.
Simple cooking was on offer, with one watchword: SHARING. A brand-new experience based on the famous Italian antipasti over a convivial dinner.


From July 12 to August 13, the magnificent Val-Saint-Lambert estate in Seraing welcomed us for a sunny, verdant edition.
A complete experience that took your taste buds on a journey while combining the magic and beauty of the place.
A Liège landmark par excellence, the Château du Val-Saint-Lambert has placed this year’s event under the banner of conviviality and sharing, with simple cuisine and dishes created by talented chef Sophie Chammas.


Château d’Huldenberg opened its doors to us for a fourth springtime edition of its floral universe, where food is in tune with each of our senses.
For this edition, Hémisphère invited you to enjoy an extraordinary culinary experience in a “Bohemian Chic” atmosphere. From April 03 to June 18, 2023, our Chefs du moment David Selen (L’Improviste)
& Loïc Dufour (Le Grill Dufour) took turns to provide a menu representing their respective culinary worlds.
With their wealth of experience, they’ve impressed you with their bold, friendly and original cuisine.


For this third edition of Hémisphère, our bubbles took up residence, for the festive season, in the majestic setting of the Château d’Argenteuil in Waterloo (Walloon Brabant).

Between December 12, 2022 and February 28, 2023, our Chefs took turns to deliver an exceptional live-cooking experience. Over the weeks, they took turns creating, preparing and serving an original 4-course menu with a festive touch. Incredibly talented chefs put on a culinary show like no other: David Selen (L’Improviste), Sébastien Renard (Top Chef 2022 semi-finalist & Restaurant Maison Renard), Martin Volckaerts (young chef Gault & Millau 2022 & Restaurant “L’air du temps”).

Located on the outskirts of Brussels, this sumptuous Renaissance complex lies at the heart of a preserved green lung in Brabant-Wallon. For our second edition, we’ve decided to treat you to spend an extraordinary evening in an architectural jewel of the Renaissance. The Château’s doors are open to us from September 17 to October 24, 2022 inclusive.

During this magical evening, a welcome drink and appetizers awaited our guests in the château’s inner courtyard. After an explanation of this prestigious site, our guests discovered the spectacular view of the Château from their respective domes.

For this spectacular edition, some of the biggest names in gastronomy will take your taste buds on a journey: Kevin Lejeune (La Cane en Ville), Sébastien Renard (Top Chef 2022 semi-finalist, Maison Renard), Benjamin Laborie & César Lewandowski.


For this very first edition, nestled in the heart of Ittre at the charming “Little Farm”, we were keen to offer you cuisine from the vegetable garden to the plate. Chef Benjamin provided the cooking show, working with local, organic seasonal produce straight from the farm’s plantations. A colorful edition that highlighted the work of quality products and the revisiting of traditional dishes on a gastronomic voyage.
