Can I cancel/modify my reservation?

The dinner may be exchanged or refunded, subject to the following conditions conditions:

  • * Cancellations made more than 15 days before the date of the experience will be 100% refund.

  • * Cancellation between 6 and 15 working days before the date of the experience: modification possible, 80% refund.

  • * Cancellation at least 5 working days before the date of the experience: modification possible, 40% refund.

  • * Cancellation 3 days or less before the date of the experience: no exchange, no refund possible. refund possible.

You can :

    • Park on Chaussée de Bruxelles and Avenue Ernest Solvay if you arrive early.
    • Book parking lot P1, 200m from the entrance to Domaine du Château de la Hulpe (€18/car);
    • Park at Place Communale de la Hulpe (free) or Gare de la Hulpe (paying) and take one of Lanterna Magica’s “B Travel” shuttles (€3/person return). You can book your shuttle on the Lanterna website or on site by credit card.
  • In all cases, we recommend that you plan to arrive around 20 minutes in advance, so that you can be seated at the table at the appointed time, or so that you can take the Lanterna Magica walk in good time (1h walk + or -).
  • Please note: It is not possible to reach Lanterna Magica and Hemisphere from the Groenendaal crossroads… See the Lanterna Magica website – info: By car | Mobility | Lanterna Magica

  • B-TRAVEL shuttle timetable: Every day 30 minutes before opening (so up to and including 5.30pm this Thursday, and then from 5pm) until

    11pm last shuttle.

    Please note if
    your dinner ends later than 11 p.m., you won’t be able to take the shuttle back.

     

How do I receive an invoice?

To receive your invoice, please send an e-mail to the following address: reservation@hnevent.be, mentioning your reservation number and the drinks bill you paid on the day of your reservation.

Is it possible to make a specific request?

Yes, if you wish to make a specific request at the time of booking or before you make your reservation, you can send an e-mail to reservation@hnevent.be. You can also add comments to your booking on our website.

Can I make a reservation for someone else?

Yes, you knowffit give this person the number of your reservation and the name with which it was made. You can also offrie a gift card to that person.

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes, we make electronic gift vouchers that you can print out afterwards. To do this, you needffit apply to reservation@hnevent.be

Will I receive an electronic or postal confirmation of my reservation?

No, your payment confirmation does offito validate your reservation. On the evening of your experience you willffiPlease mention the name with which the reservation was made.

Can I add another person to my table?

Yes it is possible, for any addition request please send an email minimum 3 days in advance to reservation@hnevent.be

Is it a gastronomic experience?

This varies according to each event/concept and also according to the Chef in charge of the edition. The type of kitchen is listed and detailed on our website and in our brochures.ffsocial networks.

Do we eat in domes with all the formulas?

Yes, the concept is to live an unusual experience in the domes.

What if I'm allergic to or can't eat certain foods on the current menu?

You’ll knowffiPlease make a note of this when booking. Each dish can be adapted to suit your intolerances and dietary requirements.

What happens if you don't privatize your dome?

You’ll eat in a dome “shared” with other tables. The number of tables and the size of the dome vary daily according to the number of covers.

What does wine pairing include?

The wine pairing includes a selection of wines that will be served with your meal. Each wine is selected by our sommelier to match the suggested starters and main courses.

Are the bubbles heated or cooled?

Yes, all our bubbles have one or more heaters.ffor air-conditioning depending on the day’s weather.

How to dress?

We advise you to adapt to the weather conditions of the day and of the site where the event takes place and its conditions (lawn, gravel, wooden boards, etc.).

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, only if you’re in a PRIVATE DOMAIN and it’s ONLY a SMALL dog and it’s not disturbing the other guests in any way.
