Installés le long du Château de la Hulpe, les dômes Hémisphère inviteront petits et grands à embarquer pour une véritable expérience culinaire.

For each of our editions, we install our bubbles of

What’s on the agenda? An exceptional dinner and an evening under the stars.
Our aim is to offer our guests a unique and complete experience, combining a taste journey with the enchantment of the setting.
Through these various editions, we’re keen to bring back to life Belgian architectural gems such as Château de Rixensart, Château D’Huldenberg, the Val-Saint-Lambert estate, etc.

LOCATIONS
From Walloon Brabant to the city of Liège, our events take place in all 4 corners of Belgium.
We bring our concept to life in various cultural and historical sites, with the shared aim of bringing them to life.
The Hémisphère experience doesn’t stop at the domes themselves, but also at the magnificent locations full of history and magic in which they are installed.
Each of our venues is carefully selected to transport each guest into a cultural and historical universe, combining the magic of the place with the Hémisphère concept.

OUR CHEFS
For each of our editions, we carefully select up-and-coming young chefs to introduce you to their respective culinary worlds.
We give each of our editions to the Chefs who correspond most to them: from Sébastien Renard and Martin Volkeart for a magical edition in December, to Italian Chef Luca Martello for an edition focused on sharing and simplicity.
At the same time, our flagship chef “Kevin Smissaert” is at the helm of each edition to offer you an exceptional meal with fresh, quality produce.
