This summer, discover three exceptional vineyards and embark on an unusual oenological experience!
Imagine a balmy summer evening in a vineyard of verdant vines stretching as far as the eye can see. In the middle of this idyllic landscape stands a transparent dome revealing a large, elegantly laid table for up to 30 guests. A sommelier stands at the center of the table, ready to guide you through an exceptional wine tasting.
Each stage of the Belgiume Wine Tour takes you into the fascinating world of four Belgian vineyards, each with its own history, traditions and winegrowing treasures. The sommelier passionately shares anecdotes and secrets from each estate, enriching your experience with captivating tales. Dhe 5-course menu features cold-temperature dishes delicately prepared to sublimate the selected wines.
To round off the evening, take part in an interactive wine quiz, where you can test your new knowledge in a fun and friendly atmosphere!
THE VINEYARDS :
Coteaux des Avelines

Located 4 kilometers from Villers-la-Ville Abbey in Walloon Brabant, the Coteaux des Avelines wine estate is a small family vineyard. The first vines were planted in May 2018 on the hillsides of Sart-Dames-Avelines. It is located on an estate in idyllic surroundings. The vineyard covers just over one hectare. It adjoins a Natura 2000 area , close to a stream and various bodies of water designed to protect biodiversity and provide a haven for wild geese and ducks. The Natura 2000 zone extends as far as Villers-la-Ville Abbey, 4 kilometers away.
Their grape varieties are selected according to their organoleptic qualities and the types of wine they wish to make. They are perfectly suited to the organic approach, as they require little or no phytosanitary treatment. They offer many promising possibilities for blending still and sparkling white wines. These grape varieties are: solaris, muscaris, johanniter, souvignier gris and bronner.

Domaine W

Domaine W was born in 2016! A crazy project, aimed at revitalizing the family farm while putting the environment at its heart.
Domaine W, a vineyard specializing in Belgium’s high-end traditional method, excels in the art of producing exceptional bubbles thanks to exemplary know-how and meticulous attention to every stage of the process.
By integrating 1000 trees and shrubs, flower meadows, beehives, bird of prey posts, an owl shelter and much more into the project, biodiversity, which is making a comeback at the Domaine, promotes healthy, high-quality grapes.
Domaine W is the first Belgian vineyard to be certified organic and biodynamic. It is also part of the agro-environmental program co-financed by the European Union and the Walloon Region.
