Set up along the Château de la Hulpe, the Hémisphère domes invite young and old to embark on a veritable culinary experience.
Let yourself be seduced by menus with delicious autumnal notes and woody touches. A cuisine graced with oranges, chestnuts and greens for an explosion of flavors that will take you on a journey to the heart of nature.

Considered one of Belgium’s most beautiful walking areas, the Château de la Hulpe estate is a green setting on the outskirts of Brussels, listed as one of Wallonia’s outstanding heritage sites.

 

Accessible to walkers all year round, its trails reveal wooded hills and ponds with exceptional wildlife.

 

The center of the park is highlighted by the magnificent Château de Béthune, built in 1842, around which you’ll find sumptuous formal gardens.

Kevin Smissaert, our talented Chef, is at the helm of each edition to offer you an exceptional meal using fresh, quality produce.
Having worked alongside other renowned chefs, he was able to perfect and learn new techniques while discovering new flavors.
Keen to offer something new in his cooking, he has never ceased to discover and be inspired by cuisines from the 4 corners of the world.
He offers traditional cuisine with a creative twist.
