Article 1 – Identification and generalities
1.1 “Hemisphere” is an event implemented by Horsnormes event srl (BE0772815628), whose registered office is established at Avenue Louise 523, 1050 Brussels.
1.2 The reservation of a “Hémisphère” dinner, via the reservation service ( https://hemisphere.events ), implies the unreserved acceptance by the client (hereinafter “the Client”) of all the provisions of these General Conditions (hereinafter “the Conditions”).
1.3 Dinner is generally served from Monday to Sunday at 7.30pm. The arrival on site and provided at the location of each event. (modifications of this schedule can be considered with the agreement of the organizers). The service is assured by 1 chef, his second and 3 people in the dining room. A menu will be served.
1.4 The fact that Hors-normes event does not avail itself at a given time of a stipulation of the Conditions cannot be interpreted as a renunciation of this stipulation.
Article 2 – Terms and conditions of a Hemisphere dinner
The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase.
2.1 The reservation of a dinner implies that any order will result in the establishment of either a written order from the Customer, or a confirmation of the order by hors-normes event.
2.2 The reservation of a dinner is only valid on the date and at the time agreed upon with hors-normes event and for the number of guests agreed upon.
2.3 Unless otherwise stipulated by Hors-normes event, the beginning and the end of the ” Hemisphere ” dinner will take place on the event’s own site. The meal lasts +/- 4 hours.
2.4 In the case of a distance contract in accordance with Article VI. 47 of the Act of December 21, 2013 inserting Title VI “Market Practices and Consumer Protection” into the Code of Economic Law, the Customer does not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in this article if the goods supplied under this contract are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (Article VI. 53, 4°).
2.5 Except in the case of force majeure, in no case, the dinner can be refunded, nor exchanged, nor modified except in case of cancellation by Hors-Normes event. In case of cancellation by Horsnormes event of the dinner at the agreed date and time, Horsnormes event offers to the Customer to choose between the postponement of the date and time to another date and time or the refund of the dinner.
2.6 In the event of cancellation of the dinner by hors-normes event for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, epidemics, pandemics, demonstrations, terrorist acts threatening the safety of visitors, blockage of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, blockage of computer systems or telecommunications, etc.), the dinner may give rise to an exchange or refund.
2.7 In the event of cancellation of the dinner by the customer, Hors-Normes Event may provide an exchange or refund, according to the following conditions:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the experience date: modifications possible and 100% refund.
Cancellation between 6 and 15 working days before the date of the experience: modification possible, 80% refund.
Cancellation at least 5 working days before the date of the experience: modification possible, 40% refund.
Cancellation 3 days or less before the experience: no exchange possible, no refund possible. refund possible.
2.8 Smoking is not permitted in the domes. In addition, no food or beverages other than those served at the event are permitted.
2.9 We reserve the right to adapt tables and domes according to the number of bookings.
Article 3 – Responsibility
3.1 Hors-normes event expressly declines any responsibility concerning any possible technical failure of the Tram which would lead to the momentary impossibility to organize a “Hemisphere” dinner. Hors-normes event cannot be held responsible in case of delay, failure or interruption of the service due to force majeure and/or events outside Hors-normes event.
3.2 Hors-normes event can in no way be held responsible for the behavior of the guests during the hemisphere dinner.
3.3 Hors-normes event cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, material or immaterial) suffered during a diner. The same applies to any theft or loss that may occur before or during the dinner.
Article 4 – Rates
4.1 The relative price for the dining experience is to be seen on the packages pages of the site.
4.2 The Customer agrees to pay this amount before the date of the “hemisphere” event.
4.3 The customer will pay a transaction fee of 3% of the total transaction amount for each booking on the hemisphere.events website.
Article 5 – Miscellaneous
5.1 Customer acknowledges and agrees that the FAQs are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and are incorporated by reference. The FAQ can be modified at any time by Hors-normes event.
5.2 The Conditions are intended to apply exclusively to the reservation and use of the “Hemisphere” dinner, to the exclusion of other products of Hors-normes event subject to the general conditions of use relating thereto.
Article 6 – Invalidity of a clause, applicable law and jurisdiction
6.1 The invalidity, lapse or unenforceability of any of the foregoing provisions shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the Terms which shall remain in full force and effect. Any provision that is wholly or partially invalid, void or unenforceable shall be deemed unwritten. Hors-normes event undertakes to substitute this provision with another that will achieve, to the extent possible, the same function.
6.2 The Conditions are exclusively governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with Belgian law. Only the courts of Brussels are competent.
