THE EXPERIENCE

From December 29, 2023 to February 25, 2024, the Hospice Gardens open their doors to you for a unique experience.

Imagine yourself inside a comfortable, transparent dome, surrounded by the comforting warmth and mouth-watering aroma of melting raclette cheese. This unique experience is a real treat for cheese and pierrade lovers, as well as anyone looking for a memorable culinary adventure.

Our concept offers the ideal setting for a get-together with friends or family, or a romantic dinner with a difference.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a delicious, immersive culinary experience, this brand-new concept is made for you!

THE GARDENS OF THE GRAND HOSPICE

Nestled in the heart of Brussels, the two interior gardens of the Hospice Pacheco site invite you to discover a veritable oasis of calm and greenery.

Listed since 1997 & designed by architect Partoes, they have been refurbished over the years to make room for public events.

The gardens are open to the public, allowing them to discover the area while enjoying a drink in a fully equipped guinguette.

Natural crust product without melting salts
Naturally smoked in a smokehouse;
